This class is meant for people who have a basic understanding of the 5 basic moves of West Coast Swing, and want to expand their knowledge beyond this. We will visit topics such as swung timing rhythm, phrasing, basic variations, and much more. This month's topic: PLAY Feel like your dance is just pattern after pattern after pattern? This class will help break up the monotony of your dance! Questions that we will break down and answer are: How can I use my body to play in the dance? When can I play in the dance? How do I communicate play to my partner? Hope to see you there!
